LSR Offers the next stages of baseball for 13 and 15 year old players. At this level with their peers, players fine tune their fundamental baseball skills to hopefully get them ready to play middle school or high school level. The kids pitch from a 54' mound while playing on 80' base paths. The games to get very competitive so we request that all players, parents and coaches remember that is all about a game and having fun playing it. Please help us make this level a positive experience for all involved.

Intermediate registration begins in July and the teams start practicing in mid-August. Teams typically practice 2 day a week at either Rosemont Forest East Park, Landstown Middle School, or Salem Middle School.At this age we participate in the Virginia Beach Recreation Baseball League (VBRBL) with games being played all over the City under the lights on a weeknight starting at either 6:00PM of 8:00PM and Saturday mornings.  The VBRBL is made up of the following recreation leagues: Arrowhead-Point of View Recreation, Creeds Athletic Association, Courthouse Recreation, Kempsville Recreation, West Kempsville Youth Association, and Woodstock Recreation Our teams participate each year in the VBRBL Intermediate All Star Tournament that bring the best players from each 6 associations in the VBRBL..
