LSR is looking for enthusiastic Coaches to join our team in delivering quality Coaching for our 2023 Season Program.

This is an volunteer position and we are seeking applicants that are passionate, personable, and have a good understanding of the game. You'll also need to be reliable, punctual, and have good organization and communication skills. In addition, all applicants must be able to pass a background check and the City's mandated courses.

1. Pass a Background Check
2. Pass the 3 City Mandated courses required by the City (free online training)
3. Go through an Interview with the LSR Board.
4. Sign a Coaches Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy
